Savannah- Bobby F. Bragg, 78, was born on November 11, 1931 in Savannah, GA.

Bobby graduated from Commercial High in 1950. He married the love of his life, Marion V. Downs in 1951. He retired from Southern Bell in 1989 after 38 years of service. A year later, he began a second career at Comcast retiring in 2008 at the age of 76.

His passion in life was his family. He lived to love and take care of his wife and their children. He left a legacy of love. He loved nothing more than having his family over and cooking for them. He was a loyal fan of the Atlanta Braves. He was a decent, hard-working man that treated all he met with respect and kindness.

Bobby is preceded in death by his loving parents, Horace Felton and Dahlia Mae Bragg, his brothers, Jr., Burt, and Bing and his sisters, Chris and Hilda.

While battling cancer, Bobby never gave up hope and kept an unwavering faith in the Lord.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Marion, his daughters, Debby and Jimmy Morris, Risa and Charlie Dyer, Robin and Sean Reed, and Lisa Bragg and Keith Fain, his grandchildren, Joey and Jill Kearns , Amy and Donovan Daughdrill, Bobby Dyer, Marisa, Megan and Macayla Reed, his great-grandchildren, Madison and Mason Daughdrill and Gavin Kearns, his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sally and Al Andre', Betty Bragg and Dub McLendon and several nieces and nephews.

Bobby's wish was to be home with his wife he called "the one I love". Bobby died peacefully while sleeping with his wife on Friday, November 5, 2010.

A private service was held by the immediate family on Monday, November 8, 2010.
